Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which we offer returns for any reason.
After the 14-day cooling-off period has expired, returns will only be accepted for items that are found to be faulty.
If your goods are faulty, we will attempt to repair them in accordance with the terms of your warranty. If we are unable to provide a repair, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Items must be returned to us at your own expense. If the item is found to be faulty, your reasonable return postage costs will be refunded.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty and covered under applicable consumer rights.
Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To arrange an exchange, you must first return the item to us at your own expense. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, your return postage costs will be refunded. Please retain and provide proof of postage when returning the item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs for non-faulty items are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the time required for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a tracked shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for items lost in transit.
